The Administrative Division of the Fire Department is responsible for carrying out the managerial functions of planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling for the entire Fire Department.

For budget purposes, the Fire Department budget is broken into functional divisions; Administration, Firefighting, Fire Prevention, Ambulance Service and Training/Safety. (Training/Safety is proposed.)
