VICE AND INTELLIGENCE SECTION (VIS)

The Vice & Intelligence Section (VIS) handles all cases regarding narcotics, prostitution, and quality of life crimes. VIS works in conjunction with the Statewide Narcotic Task Force Eastern Division, and the Statewide Anti-Crime Gang Unit.



The VIS hotline number can be found below. All calls made to the hotline will be kept strictly confidential.

GOAL: To continue working on the investigation, apprehension, and prosecution of illegal narcotic drug dealers and users, and to persist in the effort to rid New London of persons and crimes associated with illegal drug activities. They will further continue their efforts in stopping any and all illegal vice activities, such as prostitution, illegal gambling, and weapons possession.
